Returns and Exchanges
We try to make our photos look as realistic as possible, however please note that the color of the image can also depend on the screen you are viewing it from. If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 15 days to send it back to us and get a refund. The 15 days are counted from the day you purchased the product.
Replacements are made only for unused products. One of our colleagues will check the products for eventual damage, and if they find that everything is in order, it will be replaced. If it is damaged, then it will not be replaced. If the product has issues at the seams or was damaged during shipment, we will replace the product free of charge. We recommend that you check the product before signing the receipt, as you have the possibility to make a complaint about a damaged product only at the moment of receiving the product from the employee of the courier service. If you fail to make a complaint about a damaged product on the spot, you will not be able to call to account the courier service afterwards.
In cases of an exchange, the shipment fee will be paid by the customer. If the exchange involves price differences (the product that is to be exchanged is more expensive than the one that has been sent back), the costs will also be paid by the customer.
We try to respond to all incoming comments, suggestions, and if a mistake has been made by us or by the delivery services, we will consider our customer's interests with maximal flexibility.
The warranty of your product starts at the moment you purchased it and lasts for 2 months. The warranty includes the following:
If you discover blemishes on the fabric or flaws in the seaming during the period or warranty, you can send the product back to us and we will solve the matter at hand by reinforcing the seam or by changing the fabric.
In cases as such we ask you to take a picture of the damaged area on the product. If we consider the product to have flaws at the fabric or the seams, we will ask you to send it back to us.
To prove the date of purchase, please use either the confirmation email (if you shopped online) or the receipt (if you bought your bag in person).
