Returns and Exchanges
We try and make our photos look as realistic as possible, however please note that the color of the image also depends on your screen. In case you are not satisfied with your bag, you have 3O days to send it back to us and get your refund. The 3O days are counted from the day you purchased the product.
Replacements are made only for unused products. Our college will check the bag for eventual damage, and if she finds everything in order, your bag will be replaced. If the bag is damaged, then if will not be replaced. In cases where the product hat seam problems or was damaged during the shipment, we will replace the product for free.
Shipment fee in cases of an exchange will be supported by the customer. If an exchange involves some price differences (the product that is to be exchanges is more expensive than the one that has been sent back), the costs will be supported also by the customer.
We try to respond to all incoming comments, suggestions, and in case of a mistake omitted by us or by the delivery services, we consider our customer' s interest with maximal flexibility.
The warranty of your bag starts at the moment you purchase it and lasts for 2 months. This means:
If you discover some fabric blemish or seaming error during this period, you can send it back to us and we will solve the matter at hand with reinforcing the seam or by changing the fabric.
In cases as such we ask you to take a picture highlighting the damaged part of the bag. If we consider the damage to be due to fabric or seam error, we will inform you so you can send it back to us.
To prove the date of purchase you use the confirmation email in case of online shopping or the receipt in case of shopping in person.
