DATA PROTECTION AND DATA MANAGEMENT RULES
1. Purpose of the Code
Personal data: data relating to a particular natural person (hereinafter referred to as "the person concerned"), in particular the name, identifying symbol and the one or more physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the person concerned, may be deduced from the data conclusion. "Data Processor" means a natural or legal person or an organization without legal personality who is processing personal data on behalf of the data controller;
Data wiping: Deleting data in such a way that their recovery is not possible;
Automated data file: data for automatic processing;
Machine Processing: Includes the following actions when implemented in whole or in part by automated means: data storage, data logic or arithmetic operations, data modification, deletion, retrieval, and dissemination.
3. The scope of the personal data handled
The user's email address, phone number, name, residence / residence, product category purchased by the User at the time of the User's purchase, User's Purchase Order and Payment Method

5. Data protection policies applied by the Service Provider
The Service Provider is strictly necessary for the use of the delikatesaccessories.com services. The Service Provider uses the personal data of the data subject and uses it exclusively for purpose.

7. Possibility of data transfer
The Service Provider is entitled and is obliged to transmit to the competent authorities any personal data that is available to him and which he or she is properly storing, which shall be subject to the statutory or legally binding obligation of the Authority to transmit it. Due to such data transfer and the resulting consequences, no data controller is liable.
The User's personal data will be transmitted for a specific purpose, based on the User's consent, as follows: the Service Provider transmits the personal data and order information of the Users to the courier service for the delivery of the ordered packages. The personal data transmitted so will be handled in accordance with the privacy and data management regulations of the courier service.
8. Rights of Users regarding their Personal Data handled by the Data Controller
Users can request information from the Service Provider at any time by sending an email to email@example.com. The information request sent by e-mail will only be credited by the Data Manager if it is sent from the User's registered email address. The request for information may include the data of the user managed by the data controller, their source, the purpose, legal basis, duration of the data processing, the names and addresses of the data processors, the activities related to data management and, in the case of the transmission of personal data to whom and for what purpose and user information.
The affected User must be corrected, blocked or deleted from the treated Personal Data and all those who have previously been transferred to Data Management have to be notified. Notification may be omitted if it does not prejudice the legitimate interest of the data concerned for the purposes of Data Management.
