Shopping policies

After placing an order on our website, the customer will receive a confirmation email which will function as a receipt too. In case the purchase is made for a company, please fill in the necessary billing data at the final step of the purchase by clicking on the Check box.

Payment methods

You can choose from the following payment methods: For international orders we accept: payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer. For orders to Romania we also accept “Ramburs” payment. The shipping fee depends on the method of delivery chosen by the client, which will appear at the final step of the purchase.


Products are shipped in approx. 1-3 working days (depending on the available stock).

We ship our products in padded envelopes. We use Dpd, Urgent-Cargus or Ramburs for orders inside Romania. For Hungary we use Dpd only, and for orders in the European Union and outside them, the package is sent via Romanian Postal Services.

The time of delivery in Romania is approx. 24 hours, in case of a shipment to Hungary, it might take up to 3 working days.

Orders placed in the European Union arrive in about 7 days, as for orders outside the EU they may take up to 1 month. The shipping fee varies according to the shipping destination, which will appear at the final shopping stage.

Privacy Policy

We guarantee the the security of the data given by our client for delivery and billing purposes, this meaning that we do not share them with a third party.

Returns and Exchanges

We try and make our photos look as realistic as possible, however please note that the color of the image also depends on your screen. In case you are not satisfied with your bag, you have 15 days to send it back to us and get your refund. The 15 days are counted from the day you purchased the product.

Replacements are made only for unused products. Our college will check the bag for eventual damage, and if she finds everything in order, your bag will be replaced. If the bag is damaged, then if will not be replaced. In cases where the product hat seam problems or was damaged during the shipment, we will replace the product for free.

Shipment fee in cases of an exchange will be supported by the customer. If an exchange involves some price differences (the product that is to be exchanges is more expensive than the one that has been sent back), the costs will be supported also by the customer.

We try to respond to all incoming comments, suggestions, and in case of a mistake omitted by us or by the delivery services, we consider our customer' s interest with maximal flexibility.


The warranty of your bag starts at the moment you purchase it and lasts for 2 months. This means:

If you discover some fabric blemish or seaming error during this period, you can send it back to us and we will solve the matter at hand with reinforcing the seam or by changing the fabric.

In cases as such we ask you to take a picture highlighting the damaged part of the bag. If we consider the damage to be due to fabric or seam error, we will inform you so you can send it back to us.

To prove the date of purchase you use the confirmation email in case of online shopping or the receipt in case of shopping in person.

Dupa comanda plasata pe site-ul, clientul va primi un email de comfirmare, acesta servind drept ca factura. In cazul in care doriti o factura pentru decontare financiara, va rugam sa semnalizati in pe parcursul cumparaturilor prin bifarea Check box-ului, dupa care sa predati informatiile suplimentare de facturare.

Trimiterea coletului se face de obicei intre 1-3 zile lucratoare (asta depinzand de stocul disponibil). Livrarea coletului depinde de adresa livrarii, care este afisat la sectiunea referitor la livrari.

Metode de plata

Puteti alege intre plata cu cardul (va fi disponibil in curand) si plata la primire (ramburs), optiunea care poate fi ales la ultima etapa a cumparaturii. In cazul in care alegeti plata cu cardul, costul livrarii este de 13 Ron. La plata cu ramburs, costul livrarii este de 18 Ron.

Protectia datelor

Garantam singuranta datelor oferite de client, care nu vor fi facute cunoscute pentru alte persoane.

Livrarea produselor

Produsele se livreaza in plicuri antișoc. In Romania coletul se livreaza cu ajutorul firmelor Dpd, Urgent-Cargus sau Prioripost, in cazul comenzilor din Ungaria, se livreaza doar cu Dpd. Timpul livrari coletelor in interiorul tarii este aproximativ 24 de ore, pentru livrari in Ungraria poate dura 3 zile. Livrarea in afara Romaniei si Ungariei se face doar cu Posta Romana. In Uniunea Europeana sosirea pachetului poate dura aproximativ 7 zile lucratoare, iar in afara Uniunii poate dura aproximativ 1 luna. Costul livrarii depinde de metoda de plata cat si de tara tinta. Costul final al livrari va fi afisat la ultima etapa a comenzii.

Returnarea produselor

Facem tot posibilul ca pozele noastre sa redea adevaratele culori si infatisare a gentilor. Va rugam sa notati faptul ca culoare vazuta depinde si de ecranul dvoastra. In cazul in care nu sunteti multumit cu produsul achizitionat, puteti sa trimiteti geanta inapoi timp de 15 de zile de la cumparaea produsului , si noi va restituim banii inapoi. In cazul retrimiterii costurile de curierat vor fi suportate de catre client.

Scimbul produselor poate fi aranjat in cazul in care produsul respectiv nu a fost folosit. Produsul returnat va fi inspectat de colega noastra pentru eventuale defecte cauzate de client. In cazul in care produsul a fost folosit si nu poate fi returnat nefolosit, nu avem posibilitatea de a-l lua inapoi. Daca dupa dezmembrarea produsului constatam ca produsul a fost defectat inaintea primiri coletului, acesta va fi inlocuit.

Costurile eventuale ale diferentelor de pret si a livrarilor vor fi suportate de client, achitabil la sosirea coletului.

Raspundem la orice opinie/scrisoare/observatie trimisa la noi, si in cazul unei eventuale erori omisa de noi sau de curier, procedam cu cea mai mare flexibilitate avand in vedere interesul clientului.

Garantia produselor

Din momentul cumpararii a unor genti Delikates, aveti o garantie de 2 luni. Asta inseamna:

- daca descoperiti un defect de material sau de cusatura in perioada garantiei, puteti trimite produsul inapoi, iar noi rezolvam problema respectiva cu intarirea cusaturii sau cu schimbul tesaturii.

In astfel de cazuri, va rugam sa faceti o poza cu genata (punand accent pe partea defectata) si sa ne trimiteti un email cu acesta. In cazul in care decidem ca defectul e datorat tesaturii sau a cusaturii, va rugam sa trimiteti geanta inapoi.

Data achizitionarii o puteti dovedii cu email-ul notificator primit la cumparare sau prin bonul fiscal primit la cumparare in persoana.
